Teacher Tour - FEED BACK
Week 1
Brights Grove Elementary - Brights Grove Just wanted to thank you for today. Ryan and Dusan were excellent. The kids had so much fun and they were very positive, professional, and knowledgable. This will be very good for our sport. Have a great ultimate season.
Week 2
Brantford Collegiate Institute & Vocational School - Brantford Thanks so much for your presentations on Friday! I heard from the department that the morning was challenging - sorry about that - not a lot of athletes and the weather wasn't the best so I heard. Thanks for all of the great stuff.
Week 3
Westmount Secondary School - Hamilton Your guys were fantastic! Thank you so much for offering their expertise to our school. Keep me in mind for next year too.
Westdale Sceondary School - Hamilton Just to let you know that Dusan and Ryan were awesome today. They ran four great workshops for our students and were completely flexible with the scheduling due to the poor weather. Thank You On behalf of the Westdale HPE Department.
Waterdown District High School - Waterdown It was fantastic! All the classes loved it and there were a number of students who came out to practices for the school's ultimate team as a result. Many students bought school discs (we sell discraft ultimate discs) and every day since then, students have been outside at lunch throwing the disc around. Please continue this initiative and we would definitely welcome you all back into the school again next year.
Week 4
St. David Catholic Secondary School - Kitchener Thank you so much for guest speakers. Ultimate's popularity has picked up since their visit.
Week 5
St. Francis of Assisi - Innisfil Just a huge thank you for the visit and all the excellent teaching...my school is Ultimate Nuts! A great way to intro to the community a rec league for kids...Thanks!
Terry Fox Elementary School - Barrie Just wanted to thank you for an awesome day yesterday! Your leaders were enthusiastic, fun and informative, and developed a strong rapport with the kids. Several of the students have been turned on to Ultimate and we are going to put together a team to play some games and a tournament this spring. It was a great day for the grade 7's and 8's.
Week 6
Port Perry High School - Port Perry Thanks again for sending your crew of Dusun and Ryan out yesterday. With the exception of the weather not exactly cooperating things went well. The other teachers and I appeciated the presentation and the drills/games played with the classes. The extra discs are going to be very beneficial to our pe classes too.
North Hastings Senior Elementary - Bancroft A great day here at Bancroft for your guys and a full day of impressive events. Staff and students thought it was awesome. Your guys said that the kids were well behaved and participated well. Keep up the good work and keep us in mind whenever you do a tour.
