Ontario Ultimate Clubs
Ultimate is played throughout Ontario, within the elementary, secondary, college and university systems. Additionally many recreational city leagues operate throughout the year offering indoor and outdoor leagues. These clubs and organizations are made up of non-profit groups and corporate entities running Sport & Social clubs. We've listed both member clubs and non-member clubs in order to support the growth of play throughout the province. Most leagues and clubs offer co-ed play and a few offered single gender play, junior (under 19) and masters level play. Additionally many leagues have touring teams that compete at higher levels and travel to tournaments throughout the year.

Provincial Organizations Distribution

Part of the recognition of disc sports and our standing as a Provincial Sports Organization through the Ministry of Health Promotions is defined areas throughout the province that contain play, clubs and members. To help identify these regions and our member clubs and facilities the following pertains.

As a provincial body are efforts and membership fall into three regions. These regions the East, North and South are defined as follows...

Eastern Ontario - from Peterborough east to Ottawa and north to Huntsville and Barry's Bay

Northern Ontario - the northern portion of the province, including Parry Sound, North Bay, Sudbury, Timmins, Sault Ste. Marie and north followed by the South

Southern Ontario - the Greater Toronto Area, south to Niagara and Windsor, north to Orillia and Owen Sound

(Clearer delineatation of the break of the northern, southern and eastern boundaries. It's pretty simple the electoral district of Parry Sound-Muskoka, has been subdivided so that the Muskoka area is what goes into the south and everything above that is north. Additionally the electoral district of Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke has been divided to break off the Nipissing (mostly/part of Algonquin Park) boundary to be included in the north and Renfrew-Pembroke goes to the east. Finally the break for Haliburton-Kawartha Lakes-Brock electoral district has basically cut off Brock to stay in the south and everything else is considered in the east district. Those are your lines as fine as you can get.)

We will help to this extent by breaking out ultimate listings into the defined regions.
