With the Ontario Disc Sports Association’s objective of identifying the best disc golfers in the province, constructive input has come from many discussions with the participants of past year’s tournaments. This has resulted in a revamping of the structure of The Series, dividing it into two distinct formats, and naming them the Gold Series and Silver Series.

 

- Gold Series -

The ODSA’s Disc Golf Series is continuing in 2011, through a series of 6 "ODSA Gold Series” tournaments, consisting of 5 Qualifying Tournaments, and 1 Provincial Final Tournament. These tournaments will be points-based, and have a season-ending result at the Provincial Final Tournament.

The 2011 Gold Series has ended and the winners for the various divisions are listed below.

- Silver Series -

As well, the ODSA’s mandate to promote Disc Golf in the province carries on in 2011, through a number of "ODSA Silver Series” tournaments, to help carry forward the visibility of the sport, with a local, community-building flavor. ODSA Silver Series tournaments will continue to have the same ODSA sponsorship and participation as ODSA Gold Series events, but will not be based on points.
