The 2009 ODSA Annual General Meeting has been announced and will take place on Saturday November 28th at the
Toronto Don Valley Hotel & Suites
(formerly Crowne Plaza Toronto Don Valley)
located at 1250 Eglinton Avenue East in the York C room from 1 PM - 4 PM
Participants will have the ability to call in on a conference call line if they are unable to attend in person. Details are available through email communication with the Executive Director -

b) Establishment of Quorum
c) Appointment of Scrutineers
e) Declaration of any Conflicts of Interest
f) Adoption of Minutes of the previous Annual Meeting
g) Board, Committee and Staff Reports
h) Report of Auditors
i) Appointment of Auditors
j) Business as specified in the meeting notice
Adoption of revised by-laws and constitution (if any proposed)
k) Election of new Directors
l) Adjournment
